Most agents are fully set up within an hour. If you have an existing Excel contact list or pipeline spreadsheet, the import tool brings everything in automatically. The interface is built to feel familiar — if you've used Excel, you'll feel right at home. No technical background needed whatsoever.

Yes. Closed.it supports direct Excel (.xlsx) imports for both your contact list and your pipeline/GCI data. During onboarding, we walk you through the mapping process so your columns land in the right fields. If you run into any issues, our support team will get you over the line.

You set your annual GCI goal at the start of the year, then log transactions as they close. Closed.it calculates your YTD GCI, projected year-end total, and pace-to-goal automatically. Goals can be broken down by month or quarter, and every transaction is color-coded so you can see your progress at a glance.

On the Pro plan, when a client replies to your emails, those replies are automatically captured and attached to their contact record in Closed.it. You get a full thread history for every contact — no more digging through Gmail. This works by connecting a Closed.it forwarding address to your inbox, which takes about two minutes to configure.

Yes. Closed.it is fully responsive and works in any mobile browser. A dedicated iOS and Android app is on our roadmap for later this year. In the meantime, you can add Closed.it to your phone's home screen for a near-native app experience.

MLS integration is on the roadmap. Currently, Closed.it focuses on being the best CRM and GCI tracker for agents, with robust Excel/CSV import and export. You'll get a reminder email 3 days before your trial ends. After 14 days, choose a plan to continue — your data stays exactly as-is. If you don't subscribe, your account goes into read-only mode for 30 days so you can export anything you need. We'll never delete your data without notice.

Yes on both counts. Your data belongs to you. Closed.it uses encrypted storage and secure connections throughout. You can export your contacts, pipeline, and GCI history as Excel or CSV files at any time from your account settings — no need to contact support.

You can cancel any time from your account settings — no phone call, no friction. Access continues until the end of your billing period. Your data stays exportable for 30 days after cancellation, and we'll send a confirmation email straight away.
